Human Authority Hardware
2026-11-21 –, Cotton Theatre - Freedom Stage

Bitcoiners already keep their keys offline and approve every spend on a screen they trust. The rest of our digital lives get far less care. Passwords, 2FA codes, email, banking and Nostr keys all sit on the same phones and laptops attackers target every day.

Now we are handing that access to AI agents that book, buy, log in and post on our behalf, at machine speed, and that can be talked into almost anything.

Drawing on real incidents from the last two years, including password manager clickjacking, the Trust Wallet extension hack, the DarkSword iPhone exploit, exposed OpenClaw agents and a prompt-injected AI wallet, this talk shows why software guardrails keep failing and makes the case for Human Authority Hardware: a device that holds your keys, shows you exactly what is being asked, and acts only on your yes.

I'll cover what Passport Prime does about it today, then the prototypes I've built on its open SDK using AI with no developer background, from a Nostr signer to a spending-capped co-signer for an AI agent's bitcoin wallet.
