Two production tools - Pakstr and Trakstr - show what happens when you stop treating Nostr as a social feed and use it as the operating layer for real uses: one, a shipping pipeline; the other, a workplace.
Pakstr turns any website into a signed, installable Android app and publishes it to a decentralised app store - with one command and one Nostr secret doing the work of an entire Android keystore, so developers can escape Google's gatekeeping the same way they escaped X and Meta.
Trakstr is a self-hosted, privacy-first team time tracker where your Nostr key is the login, and an encrypted desktop companion captures your work automatically - so your billable hours live on your own servers, never on a SaaS platform that owns your data.
Together they prove the promise of this ecosystem: the same nsec that signs your posts can sign your releases and redeem your access - meaning developers keep distribution, teams keep their data, and the big permission-driven company in the middle simply disappears.
We need more people on Nostr, talking about what lights a fire in them. That's why I'm here.
Bitcoin and Nostr are a hard fork in the brain. Once you understand their power you can't go back.
