ForgeSworn: fifty-odd small libraries and what you can build with them

ForgeSworn is an open-source toolkit of small Nostr and Lightning libraries, fifty-odd of them, MIT, one job each, each usable on its own.

Most of us keep rebuilding the same plumbing anyway: paywalls, age checks, key handling, working out who to trust. Usually by reaching for a central service that quietly turns into a honeypot.

None of the underlying ideas are new. Chaum was doing selective disclosure in the eighties and the SSI crowd have been at it for years. What has changed is that this version runs today, in a browser, and nobody has to grant you permission to use it.

In twenty minutes I will go through what you can actually build: charge for an API in one line, prove you are over 18 without handing over your date of birth, run unlinkable identities from a single seed, keep signing keys on a device that never touches the network, and let an AI agent pay for what it uses.

All demos are live.
