EINUNDZWANZIG: A Nostr life.
2026-11-20 –, Pendulum - Main Stage

EINUNDZWANZIG is a Swiss association, based in Zug since 2021, whose purpose is to prepare society for hyperbitcoinization. This is not a slide about Nostr. It is a tour of a community that lives on it. One key. A surprising number of doors. People actually walk through them.

The portal is where they find each other: 208 Bitcoin meetups in Germany, 319 on the world map, on 14 October 2026, plus courses and sister portals in Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Hungary. Login is a Nostr key. The same key writes. media.einundzwanzig.space is the publishing board: longform articles and public blogs, signed and portable. discover.einundzwanzig.space is the reading room in front of it: stories, podcasts and people from that board and from the wider Nostr network, no account required to read, RSS if you want the feed, Lightning boosts on the audio. On 14 October 2026 the board listed 41 blogs. The same key talks. Group chat on our own relay, zaps in the thread, an Android app whose notifications never touch Google. It pays the annual fee in sats. It signs into an esports ladder. Same login. Another door, not the subject.

The range is the argument. Nostr is the map, the magazine, the chat and the match, in production, used by the people it was built for. The aim is to walk as many Bitcoiners as possible off Discord, Telegram and Meetup.com. The doors are already open. The code is open source.

The talk opens on the meetup map and then refuses to stop there. The subject is how many jobs one Nostr key already does, in production, for people who are not here to watch a demo. Portal first, because that is where they find each other. Then the magazine. Then the room. Membership and the ladder are the last two doors, shown, not lingered on.

  1. Find each other (about 5 minutes). portal.einundzwanzig.space. 208 meetups in Germany, 319 on the world map, on 14 October 2026. Courses, a directory of self-hosted services, sister portals for Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Hungary. Login is a Nostr key. People who still arrive through Lightning are walked onto a Nostr connection; meetup leaderships stay. The Android companion carries the same map. No Play Store build.

  2. Read and write (about 5 minutes). media.einundzwanzig.space is the publishing board: longform articles and public blogs, published as Nostr events, so the text is not stuck in our database. discover.einundzwanzig.space is the public reading room in front of it. It shows stories, podcasts and people from that board and from the wider Nostr network, not only what we host. Reading needs no account. RSS needs no account. Podcasts play in the browser, with Lightning boosts. On 14 October 2026 the board listed 41 blogs. This is the proof that the key is a publishing identity, not a login widget.

  3. Talk (about 4 minutes). group.einundzwanzig.space, NIP-29 spaces and rooms. The private key stays in the signer. Zaps in the chat. Notifications are the phone asking the relay. No Play Services, no push vendor. The door for people still sitting in Telegram and Discord.

  4. Two more doors, briefly (about 3 minutes). verein.einundzwanzig.space: application, statutes (v1.3, adopted 20 October 2024), annual fee in sats via BTCPay. Membership funds the association. It is not a ticket to the map, the magazine or the chat. Then one minute on esports.einundzwanzig.space: the same login, a ladder, results as signed Nostr events, a 24/7 stream announced as a NIP-53 live event. No game rules. The rated season has not started.

Close (about 2 minutes). Count the doors out loud. The range is why a Bitcoiner should take a key home. We will not claim the old rooms are already empty. We will claim these ones are open and in use. Links. No fundraising ask.

We operate the community relay. We did not write the relay software. The publishing board's public footer credits its builder; on stage we talk about the use, not about who typed the framework.
